How we think
Working systems, not slideware. Most things start from a concrete problem, a small prototype, and a short feedback loop.
Usefulness matters more than novelty.
Build working systems quickly and improve through iteration.
Use new capabilities where they make the system better, not as decoration.
Favor clear architectures over heavy frameworks.
Not everything needs a business case. Curiosity and craft are their own reward.
